Not only beach goers, but also water sport lovers will find Pomorskie very attractive. The Puck Bay offers excellent conditions for windsurfers and kite surfers, with many of them coming from all parts of the world.

The Bay and the open sea attract sailors, who consider Pomorskie Poland’s sailing capital. Gdynia’s Yacht Marina, the marinas of Gdansk and the modern National Sailing Centre in Górki Zachodnie are every sea dog’s favourite destinations.

Pomorskie is also home to 400 lakes, most of which are a windsurfer’s and sailor’s paradise. And the Vistula Lagoon offers excellent conditions for iceboating in the winter.

Pomorskie is also a great place to go fishing. Clear lakes and rivers abound with fish, including the bull trout and trout, a tough challenge for anglers. This is where anglers have their ‘secret’ fishing grounds, where many a fishing records have been broken.

Cyclists will find that Pomorskie is every cyclist’s paradise. With its numerous cycle tracks and routes the region will satisfy even the most demanding of mountain bikers. It is also perfect for families enjoying a bit of outdoor sports.
