International Cooperation

The Opole Province established many partnerships both nationwide and abroad. On the local government initiative a cooperation between three Provinces : opolskie, śląskie and dolnośląskie has been started. The borderline cooperation is developing within confines of local governments and euroregions of “Pradziad” and “Silesia”. Opole Province is one of signatory of the “Four side agreement” about foreign cooperation between Rheinland-Pfalz (Germany), Burgundy (France) and Centralbohemia Region. The Opole Province cooperates also with Komitat Fejer (Hungary), Iwano-Frankiwsk Region (Ukraine), Kraj Ołomuniecki (Czech Republic) and Xunta de Galicia (Spain).

The project „Regions of Poland” was realized in cooperation with the Offices of the Presidents of the 16 regions of Poland.
